Having free time is great for some, but for others it might mean finding yourself in a cage at home, wanting to go out but feeling unable to.

The levels of anxiety seem to rise when we find ourselves with a million things in our minds and not enough time in our hands. Or maybe we’re just anxious about nothing at all, because, y’know, we are used to be.
